Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, supervise, and control the execution of all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of assigned projects
• Oversee the establishment of Project Execution Plans, Health and Safety Plans, and Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plans
• Establish program requirements for all project areas and monitor deliverables for adherence to criteria
• Manage logistics projects and roads construction
• Follow up on project instructions and commitments
• Provide input on performance reviews and development plans for subordinates

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• 15+ years of field construction experience
• Extensive experience in roads construction
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction-related processes and industry practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the construction of large civil, structural, or industrial projects
• Experience in logistics
• Familiarity with engineering software including CAD, P6, and MS Office
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience working in KSA or the GCC region
