About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, supervise, and control the execution of all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of assigned projects
- Oversee the establishment of Project Execution Plans, Health and Safety Plans, and Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plans
- Establish program requirements for all project areas and monitor deliverables for adherence to criteria
- Manage logistics projects and roads construction
- Follow up on project instructions and commitments
- Provide input on performance reviews and development plans for subordinates
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- 15+ years of field construction experience
- Extensive experience in roads construction
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction-related processes and industry practices
- Experience with large civil, structural, or industrial projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in logistics management
- Familiarity with engineering software including CAD, P6, and MS Office
- Previous experience working in the KSA or GCC regions
- Excellent communication skills
