Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the construction supervision team for buildings, utilities, infrastructure, and public realm works
• Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety requirements
• Coordinate with contractors, clients, and design teams to resolve technical and coordination issues
• Review technical submittals, shop drawings, method statements, and material approvals
• Monitor construction progress against the approved programme and propose mitigation measures for delays
• Ensure all work adheres to HSE regulations and project safety plans through audits and safety walks
• Manage site inspections, approvals, and handover procedures
• Verify contractor progress reports, measurements, and invoices
• Support the management of change orders, claims, and variations from a site perspective

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university
• 10+ years of experience in construction supervision
• 5+ years in a Construction Manager or similar leadership role
• Experience working with international consultants or clients

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in the Middle East, specifically within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
