Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
• Supervise and coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and vendors during DAS construction
• Execute construction plans and schedules provided by the Project Manager
• Monitor daily progress and provide updates to stakeholders
• Resolve on-site issues and adapt plans to maintain project momentum
• Conduct site inspections to verify quality, safety, and adherence to specifications
• Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and materials
• Maintain accurate documentation including daily logs, photos, and reports
• Train and mentor field personnel
• Support compliance testing and assist with punch list completion

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in wireless or DAS construction
• Strong understanding of construction methods and wireless infrastructure
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Experience managing crews and coordinating field operations
• Familiarity with construction documentation and reporting tools
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform physical tasks like crawling and bending
• Willingness to travel 50-80% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

• Public Safety DAS experience
• Technical training or certifications in construction or telecommunications
