Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations for Distributed Antenna System (DAS) installations and wireless infrastructure upgrades
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards on all job sites
• Supervise and coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and vendors during construction and installation
• Execute construction plans and schedules to ensure timely and accurate implementation
• Conduct site inspections to verify quality, safety, and adherence to project specifications
• Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and materials, ensuring timely procurement and delivery
• Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs, photos, and progress reports
• Resolve on-site issues and adapt plans to maintain project momentum

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in wireless or DAS construction
• Strong understanding of construction methods, safety standards, and wireless infrastructure
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Experience managing field crews and coordinating field operations
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles
• Willingness to travel 50-80% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

• Public Safety DAS experience
• Technical training or certifications in construction or telecommunications
