Construction Manager (Oil & Gas)

Responsibilities

• Lead an established team of Section Heads and Engineers to ensure project completion within time and budget
• Manage multi-faceted construction activities, including subcontractors and personnel
• Ensure all activities are performed safely and in compliance with applicable policies, standards, and procedures
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide construction support to Project Management during the initial planning phase
• Participate in Constructability and 3D model review sessions
• Manage the RFI and change order process in the field and assist with preparation
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of construction activities, progress, and potential project impacts

Requirements

• BSc or MSc in a relevant Engineering discipline (ideally Civil or Mechanical)
• Minimum of 20 years of total professional experience
• Minimum of 7 years of specific experience in Oil & Gas projects
• Deep understanding of construction management systems, processes, and tools
• Proven experience working on EPC projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ADNOC or equivalent entities
• Previous employment with leading EPC contractors
• Strong awareness of engineering, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning processes
