Construction Manager [Offshore Project]

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle offshore construction execution for Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, and Instrumentation disciplines.
• Act as the senior offshore authority coordinating engineers, technicians, and multidisciplinary construction teams.
• Plan and execute heavy lifting operations, including the review of lifting studies, rigging plans, and crane load charts.
• Coordinate marine spread operations involving crane barges, jack-ups, and supply vessels.
• Oversee mechanical installation, piping fabrication, electrical cable pulling, and instrumentation calibration.
• Ensure all work complies with ADNOC specifications, HSE standards, and SIMOPS requirements.
• Manage the transition from construction to commissioning, ensuring systems reach Mechanical Completion and RFSU.
• Monitor daily productivity and KPIs while managing offshore mobilization and crew rotations.

Requirements

• 20+ years of experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects.
• Mandatory experience in offshore construction.
• Proven track record working on ADNOC Offshore brownfield projects.
• Deep expertise in SIMOPS, shutdown execution, and heavy lifting operations.
• Proficiency in ADNOC HSE standards and offshore safety protocols.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage complex multidisciplinary teams under schedule pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with ADNOC PTW and SIMOPS systems.
• Proficiency in construction planning tools such as Primavera or MS Project.
• Knowledge of SAP or Maximo for asset integration and handover.
