Construction Manager Intern

About the Company

SMAC is a collective of over 2,000 employees tackling technical challenges in building envelopes. With a network of 60 agencies, SMAC operates in metropolitan France, overseas, and internationally, specializing in energy renovation, waterproofing, cladding, roofing, and architectural facades.

Responsibilities

• Study and organize construction sites considering planning, human, and material needs while ensuring safety
• Launch works and establish trust between stakeholders while respecting defined instructions
• Monitor execution and progress through weekly meetings and site visits
• Manage and organize teams based on site requirements
• Ensure administrative and financial follow-up (quotes, invoicing, client reminders, budget)
• Organize and monitor site closure, including reception, reserve lifting, and transmitting elements to the design office

Requirements

• Higher education in engineering or university cycle
• Seeking an internship in construction management
• Previous professional experience in worker internships is a plus
• Team player with a curious, dynamic, and motivated nature

Benefits

• Monthly stipend between €1,100 and €1,650
