Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Independent construction management of projects from start to finish
• Site inspections and quality assurance
• Acting as a liaison between sales, suppliers, installers, and customers
• Responsibility for economy, progress, and customer satisfaction
• Planning of deliveries and staffing
• Conducting construction and safety meetings
• Defect reviews and follow-up

Requirements

• Craftsmanship background and industry experience
• Good knowledge of kitchens and construction processes
• Ability to handle service tasks and minor installation tasks during the defect phase
• Knowledge of AB18
• Strong IT skills
• Structured and independent working style
• Ability to maintain an overview in fast-paced environments
