Responsibilities

• Lead on-site execution of construction projects in accordance with contract requirements, schedule, safety, quality, and budget expectations
• Assign, coordinate, and oversee responsibilities of the project team, including trade-responsible engineers
• Manage project financials, including monthly cost forecasting, owner billings, invoice review and approval, and subcontractor management
• Collaborate closely with the field team to plan and execute project schedule, safety initiatives, and quality standards
• Oversee project and project office setup to support efficient daily operations
• Review, interpret, and apply construction design documents and specifications
• Proactively identify and resolve project issues to support successful project outcomes
• Lead by example by demonstrating integrity and mentoring junior team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field OR 3+ years of relevant construction experience
• Experience using construction management software for project collaboration, document control, RFIs, submittals, scheduling, financials, and field communication
• Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to relocate to projects as needed
• Experience in on-site operations management for a general contractor
