Construction Manager - High-rise and Civil Engineering

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute high-rise and civil engineering construction sites independently
• Coordinate and supervise the work of specialist engineers, consultants, personnel, and subcontractors
• Ensure cost-effective and timely procurement of equipment, machinery, and materials according to company guidelines
• Monitor construction progress and conduct site result controls
• Handle billing using specialized software and verify invoices from suppliers and subcontractors
• Act as a primary contact for clients regarding construction execution, including advice and negotiations
• Maintain regular communication and coordination with group management regarding technical and personnel matters

Requirements

• Completed technical training in construction
• Several years of professional experience within the construction industry
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Knowledge of RIB-iTwo is preferred
• Valid Class B driving license
• Responsible and independent working style
