Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure alignment with project plans, schedules, and quality standards
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of construction phases
• Monitor progress, identify risks or delays, and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines
• Oversee site logistics, resource allocation, and construction sequencing for optimal efficiency
• Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, quality requirements, and contractual obligations
• Review and approve construction documentation, including method statements, shop drawings, and material submissions
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews with project stakeholders
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to site teams and junior staff
• Prepare and present progress reports to project leadership and clients

Requirements

• BSc degree or higher in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum 20 years of experience in construction management for major buildings and infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of all operational aspects of large-scale and complex developments
• Proven experience in project management, construction delivery, and multi-disciplinary coordination
• Must have experience in the construction of major complex projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the region
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
