Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between robotics operations and solar EPC site management
• Integrate robotic workflows into the overall project schedule and daily site activities
• Oversee daily tasks for on-site construction robots and ensure proper site preparation
• Enforce strict safety protocols regarding human-robot interaction and OSHA compliance
• Manage site logistics including staging areas, charging/fueling, and material delivery
• Track daily output and efficiency of robotic systems and maintain detailed logs
• Provide creative, on-the-fly solutions to resolve spatial conflicts or scheduling overlaps

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or Site Superintendent in commercial or utility-scale solar
• Deep understanding of solar EPC operations, scheduling, and workflows
• Exceptional communication skills to bridge tech-focused teams and traditional crews
• Strong understanding of construction safety protocols and hazard prevention
• Tech-savvy with enthusiasm for automation and new technology integration

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating or managing heavy machinery like pile drivers or automated trenchers
• OSHA 30 Certification
• Experience introducing new technologies or operational software to construction sites
