Construction Manager - Facade Expert

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct construction operations from contract award to project handover
• Study and organize sites considering scheduling, human resources, and material needs while ensuring safety
• Monitor work execution and progress through weekly meetings and site visits
• Manage and organize teams based on site requirements
• Ensure administrative and financial follow-up including quotes, invoicing, and budget management
• Oversee site closure, including project reception and managing punch list items
• Act as the guarantor for safety rules on construction sites

Requirements

• Bac +3/5 degree or Engineering School diploma in Building or Civil Engineering
• At least 3 years of successful experience in building envelope (waterproofing, roofing, cladding, facades)
• Strong technical knowledge and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational, planning, and anticipation skills
