Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multidisciplinary site supervision teams for complex construction projects
• Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
• Oversee quality assurance, cost management, and contractual obligations
• Monitor contractor performance regarding safety protocols and project specifications
• Maintain communication with clients, government agencies, and internal stakeholders
• Implement and enforce rigorous health and safety standards
• Analyze project data to identify risks and optimize delivery
• Manage project budgets and resource allocation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Professional Chartered status or equivalent certification
• Minimum 5 years of progressive construction management experience
• Proven track record in delivering large, complex multi-functional projects
• Expertise in project controls, quality management, and health and safety compliance
• Proficiency in contract management, cost control, and budget management
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Middle East region or similar emerging markets
• Familiarity with Lebanese construction regulations and building codes
• Proficiency with project management software and CAD applications
• Experience in hospitality, mixed-use, retail, or entertainment sectors
• Background in risk management and mitigation strategies
