Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle offshore construction execution for Mechanical, Piping, Electrical & Instrumentation disciplines
• Act as the senior authority offshore for coordinating all construction activities and supervising multidisciplinary teams
• Plan and execute heavy lifting operations, including reviewing lifting studies and rigging plans
• Coordinate marine spread operations such as crane barges and jack-ups
• Oversee piping fabrication, electrical installation, and instrumentation mounting
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC specifications, HSE standards, and SIMOPS constraints
• Support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities to reach Mechanical Completion
• Manage QA/QC activities, including welding/NDT acceptance and instrument calibration
• Provide daily and weekly progress reports to EPC management

Requirements

• Minimum 20+ years of experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects
• Mandatory offshore construction experience
• Proven experience working on ADNOC Offshore brownfield projects
• Expertise in offshore platform construction and live facility modifications
• Proficiency in SIMOPS and shutdown execution
• Knowledge of ADNOC PTW & SIMOPS systems
• Familiarity with construction planning tools and MS Office
