Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle offshore construction execution for Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, and Instrumentation disciplines on offshore platforms.
• Act as the senior offshore authority coordinating engineers, supervisors, and multi-discipline technical teams.
• Plan and execute heavy lifting operations, including reviewing lifting studies, rigging plans, and crane load charts.
• Coordinate marine spread operations involving crane barges, jack-ups, and supply vessels.
• Oversee mechanical installation, piping fabrication, electrical installation, and instrumentation hook-ups.
• Manage SIMOPS, shutdown execution, and ensure synchronization between multidisciplinary work sequences.
• Drive HSE compliance following ADNOC standards, including leading TRA/JSA workshops and enforcing LOTO protocols.
• Support the transition from mechanical completion to pre-commissioning and commissioning (RFC/RFSU).
• Monitor daily productivity and KPIs, providing progress reports to EPC management.

Requirements

• Minimum 20+ years of experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects.
• Mandatory experience in offshore construction.
• Proven experience working on ADNOC offshore brownfield projects.
• Deep expertise in SIMOPS and shutdown execution.
• Strong background in multi-discipline construction management (Mechanical, Piping, E&I).
• Proficiency with construction planning tools and MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ADNOC PTW systems.
• Familiarity with Primavera or MS Project for construction schedule awareness.
• Basic knowledge of SAP or Maximo for asset integration and handover.
