Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Independent control and management of turnkey construction projects from shell construction to handover
• Coordination and leadership of all trades and subcontractors involved on the construction site
• Ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality execution of construction projects
• Acting as the primary contact for clients, specialist planners, subcontractors, and other project participants
• Monitoring and implementing occupational safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Actively participating in the optimization of construction processes and workflows

Requirements

• Completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in construction management for building construction or turnkey projects
• Strong organizational skills and a confident, assertive demeanor
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with diverse project partners
• Enthusiasm for demanding construction projects and teamwork
