Construction Manager - Earthworks and Renaturation

Responsibilities

• Independently manage construction projects in the field of earthworks and renaturation
• Plan, control, and monitor costs, schedules, and quality standards
• Coordinate personnel, machinery, and subcontractors on-site
• Oversee construction supervision, billing, claim management, and documentation
• Ensure strict adherence to occupational safety and environmental regulations

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or equivalent Technician/Master Craftsman qualification
• Practical experience in earthworks, civil engineering, or renaturation projects
• Strong knowledge of VOB (German construction contract procedures) and project calculation
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of RIB iTWO or ARRIBA is highly advantageous
• Strong organizational skills, assertiveness, and the ability to work independently
