Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Management to develop project scope and budget
• Ensure all permits, approvals, and sub-contracts are in place prior to project start
• Oversee site safety plans and adherence to safety protocols
• Prepare Project Master Schedules and submittal schedules
• Oversee site operations, including supervision of site personnel and subtrade vendors
• Manage client relations and lead high-risk negotiations
• Meet site budget, quality, and schedule KPIs

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in Business Commerce, Civil Engineering, or Construction Technology
• Minimum ten years of related construction experience
• Extensive framing construction experience
• Experience working with municipal jurisdictions on building permits and approvals
• Ability to travel approximately 60% to various job sites
