Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities for townhouse and villa developments.
• Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and company quality standards.
• Monitor project progress against approved schedules and implement corrective actions as required.
• Oversee structural, architectural, MEP, and finishing works to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor and evaluate contractor performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and milestones.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to verify workmanship and adherence to requirements.
• Monitor implementation of safety measures and conduct regular site safety inspections.
• Identify project risks and proactively develop mitigation measures.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly progress reports to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10–12 years of relevant construction experience, preferably with leading developers or contractors.
• Extensive experience in residential developments, including villas, townhouses, and community infrastructure.
• Proven track record in managing site construction activities from initiation through handover.
• Strong expertise in structural works, architectural finishes, and contractor management.
• Sound understanding of construction methodologies, project controls, quality management, and HSE requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications related to construction management.
