About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of critical OFCI assets from factory testing through onsite installation and commissioning
  • Track procurement milestones and delivery schedules using JIT strategies to protect the construction critical path
  • Review submittals and BIM coordination files to validate equipment footprints, weights, and connection points
  • Lead onsite receiving, inspections, and damage assessments for incoming equipment
  • Act as the central point of contact for equipment vendors and MEP trades
  • Oversee the deployment of modularized and containerized systems including power skids and cooling solutions
  • Proactively identify and resolve equipment risks, scope gaps, and logistics bottlenecks
  • Support operational handoff by managing asset tracking, warranty documentation, and capital spares

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in mission-critical data center or heavy industrial construction
  • Deep technical knowledge of switchgear, UPS, backup generators, chilled water systems, and CRAH/CRAC units
  • Proven track record coordinating long-lead, owner-furnished equipment (OFCI)
  • Proficiency with Procore, BIM 360, and Primavera P6 or MS Project
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP or LEED AP certification
  • 8+ years of experience specifically within hyperscale data center environments
  • Experience with innovative cooling or power technologies for sustainability
  • Specialized experience in modular/prefabricated power and cooling skids
