Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure respect for delivery dates and intermediate planning milestones
• Monitor site conditions such as weather and delays and report to the Program Manager
• Guarantee conformity of sold items (sales plans, descriptive notices, buyer choices) and administrative authorizations
• Oversee the execution of various stakeholders' missions and anticipate utility service connections
• Participate in OPR (Operational Acceptance) and control the removal of reservations
• Validate work situations and payment certificates for processing
• Manage requests for additional work, negotiate quotes, and establish amendments
• Monitor technical progress and contractual fund calls
• Provide alerts to production and management regarding project status

Requirements

• Engineering or technical degree
• Confirmed experience in TCE (All Trades) site management within Project Management, Execution Management, or General Contracting
• Proven experience in residential housing projects
• Strong technical skills and ability to anticipate needs
• Rigorous, dynamic, and autonomous with strong interpersonal skills
