Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Represent the Client (Maître d'Ouvrage) on-site and act as the primary contact for technical stakeholders, including control offices, designers, and contractors
• Ensure respect for delivery dates and intermediate milestones in the project schedule
• Guarantee compliance of the sold product with sales plans, descriptive notices, and administrative authorizations
• Oversee the execution of various technical missions and anticipate utility connections before delivery
• Participate in OPR (operational acceptance) and monitor the resolution of punch list items
• Manage financial aspects including work progress certificates, payment requests, and negotiating additional work quotes
• Monitor technical progress and contractual fund calls

Requirements

• Engineering or technical degree
• Proven experience in TCE (all trades) construction management within Client representation, Project Management, or General Contracting
• Confirmed experience in residential housing projects
• Strong technical skills and ability to anticipate project needs
• Rigor, dynamism, autonomy, and strong interpersonal skills
