Responsibilities

• Represent the Client (Maître d'Ouvrage) on-site and act as the primary contact for technical stakeholders
• Ensure respect for delivery dates and intermediate planning milestones
• Guarantee compliance of the sold product (sales plans, descriptive notices, buyer choices) and administrative authorizations
• Monitor the execution of various technical missions and anticipate utility service connections
• Participate in OPR (operational acceptance) and control the removal of reservations
• Manage financial aspects including work situations, payment certificates, and additional work requests
• Negotiate quotes and establish corresponding amendments
• Monitor technical progress and contractual fund calls

Requirements

• Engineering or technical degree
• Confirmed experience in TCE (all trades) site management
• Experience in Client representation (Maîtrise d'Ouvrage), Project Management (Maîtrise d'œuvre), or General Contracting
• Proven experience in residential housing projects
• Strong technical skills and ability to anticipate needs
• Rigor, dynamism, autonomy, and strong interpersonal skills
