Construction Manager (Byggledare) for Security-Classified Projects

Responsibilities

• Act as the client's representative on-site for security-classified projects.
• Take responsibility for the follow-up of production, quality, schedule, and costs.
• Lead project meetings and manage contractual matters.
• Oversee testing, inspections, and quality control processes.
• Manage diverse civil engineering tasks including groundworks, water/sewerage, and infrastructure adaptations.

Requirements

• Relevant technical education.
• At least five (5) years of experience in ground, civil engineering, or water/sewerage within the last 10 years.
• Documented knowledge of AMA Anläggning and MER Anläggning.
• Documented knowledge of AB 04 and ABT 06.
• Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken).
• Valid B-class driver's license.
• Ability to work on security-classified projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working specifically with security-classified projects.
