Construction Manager - Bridge Renovation

Responsibilities

• Execution of construction measures in the field of bridge and structure renovation exclusively in the North Rhine-Westphalia region
• Management of construction site personnel and coordination of subcontractors
• Effective communication with foremen and team colleagues to ensure a smooth workflow
• Responsible control and monitoring of the construction process considering technical requirements and economic targets
• Solution-oriented and economical optimization of construction processes
• Construction-related supplementary claim management

Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in civil engineering or a comparable field of study
• Sound experience in bridge renovation and/or asphalt laying / concrete repair
• Knowledge of common accounting and calculation programs (ideally ITWO)
• Business fluent German skills in speaking and writing
• Structured and independent way of working
• Class B driver's license
