About the Company

Bodwé is the Professional Services Group of Mno-Bmadsen, an investment enterprise of the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi. We provide integrated expertise across the natural and built environment lifecycle, including architecture, engineering, construction, and facility management.

Responsibilities

• Represent owner/client interests on construction projects
• Oversee day-to-day construction activities to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures
• Conduct site inspections and document progress
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in construction management or field engineering
• Ability to travel or relocate based on project needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in infrastructure, transportation, utility, or energy sectors
• Familiarity with federal, state, or municipal construction standards
• Certifications such as PMP, CCM, or OSHA
