Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to specified quality and safety standards
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment on-site

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, particularly within the industrial sector
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, safety regulations, and local building codes
• Excellent project management, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in project management software and digital collaboration tools
• Fluency in English and Hungarian
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites
• Availability to relocate periodically to client sites if necessary
