Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a multi-functional site supervision team for large-scale mega projects including hospitality, mixed-use, retail, and entertainment
• Manage key stakeholder interfaces including client departments and government entities
• Oversee overall construction management and control
• Monitor contractors for compliance with contractual responsibilities and schedules
• Ensure project delivery regarding time, cost, quality, and Health & Safety standards
• Manage resources to meet current and future commitments

Requirements

• Minimum BSc, BEng, BA or equivalent degree
• Chartered professional status
• Over 15 years of construction experience, with at least 5 years in a similar role/project
• Demonstrable track record in delivering large multi-functional projects
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, project controls, quality, and health & safety
• Ability to manage complex commercial and planning considerations
