Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage daily project scheduling and technical review of submittals
• Coordinate subcontractor performance, compliance, and facility access
• Oversee facility activities, outages, and overall daily project safety
• Develop and implement Safe Plans of Action (SPA) to prevent incidents and injuries
• Direct the work of others while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism

Requirements

• Completion of a DPOR Apprenticeship program
• Minimum of 10 years of related construction experience
• Proficient knowledge of mechanical systems (rigging, millwright, HVAC, controls, and process piping)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS Project
• U.S. Citizenship
• Valid driver's license and Real ID compliant identification
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
• Physical ability to stand, bend, climb, and lift up to 35 lbs in a test environment
