Responsibilities

• Participate in the realization of major construction and maintenance projects for road and rail infrastructure
• Develop tenders and calls for bids
• Monitor technical and financial aspects of construction sites
• Ensure adherence to project schedules

Requirements

• ES technician diploma, EPF/HES degree in civil engineering, or equivalent
• Experience within a Swiss engineering firm, ideally in a similar role
• Proven track record of managing complex projects
• Several years of experience in the field
• Fluency in French (written and spoken)
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills
• Willingness to travel within the region

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) methodologies
