Responsibilities

• Escalate issues to the client without delay to ensure full awareness of potential or real risks
• Review General Contractor pay applications for accuracy and completeness
• Review change order requests and ensure associated RFI documents and supporting information are provided
• Review OFCI vendor invoices to ensure correct equipment delivery and functionality
• Conduct daily reviews of Daily Logs, Photos, and Infrastructure Trackers
• Facilitate videoconference calls with Architects and Engineers to answer contractor questions and discuss submittals
• Identify and escalate outstanding RFIs and submittals that impact the schedule or involve coordination issues
• Act as the eyes and ears for the client in meetings to escalate risks regarding schedule, cost, safety, and quality
• Complete the Weekly Construction Update

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of construction experience
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction, project management, or a related field (may be waived with 5+ years of direct vertical construction experience)
• Acute attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize time to meet deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven track record of communicating potential roadblocks
