Construction Management Intern

Responsibilities

• Support construction projects and site infrastructure installations, ensuring schedule and cost targets are met
• Help develop improvements to construction methods and processes
• Source and foster relationships with external stakeholders including local jurisdictions, utilities, landlords, and contractors
• Assist with identifying and mitigating risks during pre-construction and construction phases
• Track and communicate project timelines with internal teams
• Source and manage general contractors and subcontractors across construction, assembly, and electrical trades
• Support construction project quality and site-readiness walks

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate Development, or a related field
• Must have completed the second year of undergraduate studies (Masters and PhD students eligible)
• Familiarity with construction software such as Bluebeam and Procore
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to travel frequently throughout Dallas-Fort Worth with own transportation
• Comfort with hands-on work and openness to occasional travel
• Full-time, in-person availability in Dallas, Texas from September to December 2026
