Construction Machinery Operator/Allrounder

Responsibilities

• Operate construction machinery and equipment in areas such as extraction, loading, landfill, and reclamation
• Support production processes, including the processing of gravel and aggregate
• Perform minor maintenance and repair tasks on machines and equipment
• Assist with inspections, cleaning, and general plant maintenance
• Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the operating site
• Collaborate closely with production, maintenance, and quality management teams while adhering to all safety regulations

Requirements

• Completed technical vocational training, ideally as a construction machinery operator
• Proven experience in the safe and environmentally friendly operation of construction machinery
• Strong technical understanding of machine maintenance and upkeep
• Proficiency in IT user applications and interest in modern production technologies
• Reliable, structured, and independent working style with a high sense of responsibility and safety awareness
• Strong teamwork, communication, and solution-oriented mindset
