Construction Machinery Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate construction machinery professionally, safely, and environmentally in quarrying, landfill, and reclamation activities at the Villigen quarry
• Perform independent minor maintenance and servicing tasks on machines and equipment
• Implement safety regulations with conviction and actively contribute to process improvements
• Maintain an organized and clean working environment, including driving tracks and the machine fleet
• Support the extraction of limestone and marl for cement production

Requirements

• Completed vocational training and proven experience in operating construction machinery
• A strong safety-oriented mindset where safety is the top priority
• A reliable, proactive, and structured way of working
• Ability to work independently while being a helpful and solution-oriented team player
• Technological affinity and good IT literacy (e.g., for machine operation systems)
