Construction Machinery Operator

Responsibilities

• Ensure professional operation, maintenance, and care of construction machinery and plants
• Maintain continuous compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Support troubleshooting and perform maintenance work on assigned machinery
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including work areas and driving tracks
• Assist with blasting preparations as part of raw material extraction

Requirements

• Completed basic training or several years of experience in the construction or mechanical sector
• Formal training as a construction machinery operator (e.g., Campus Sursee)
• Valid Category B driver's license
• Proven experience operating large machinery, specifically excavators over 30 tons
• Strong technical understanding and skills in the maintenance and care of equipment
• Ability to work flexibly, independently, and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in quarry operations or in tunnel, civil engineering, or earthworks
• Specific certifications such as M2, M3, or M7
