Construction Machinery Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and efficiently deploy heavy construction machinery and systems for raw material extraction.
• Support the planning, execution, and documentation of daily personnel and machine deployment.
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting and assist with mechanical repairs on excavators, dump trucks, and wheel loaders.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Contribute to quarry digitalization by evaluating machine data and fleet management systems and creating weekly/monthly reports.

Requirements

• Completed technical or manual vocational training.
• Extensive experience in surface or underground rock extraction and understanding of material behavior.
• Multi-year experience operating large construction machinery.
• Valid licenses for categories M2, M3, and M7, as well as a Category B driver's license.
• Fluent German language skills; English proficiency is a plus.
• Initial leadership experience.
• Ability to remain resilient and professional in high-pressure environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Drone pilot certificates (A1/A3 and A2).
