Construction Logistics Planner

Responsibilities

• Provide front-end site logistics inputs during site selection, including batch plant location, staging, and traffic flows
• Maintain a single, live sequencing view across all active campuses
• Drive resequencing decisions and document rationale and downstream impacts
• Set prescriptive logistics requirements in RFPs and conduct sequencing walk-throughs with prospective GCs
• Drive sequencing logic with GCs during active construction to identify fit-out conflicts
• Serve as a resource for Delivery Managers to identify pivot options and quantify schedule impacts

Requirements

• Logistics experience on high-rise construction or heavy OFCI/pre-fab modular programs
• Experience managing concurrent vertical work, such as fitting out lower floors while structure continues above
• Proven track record on constrained urban job sites with limited lay-down space
• Experience with active multi-trade sequencing and real-time resequencing under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct construction experience
• Ability to translate complex sequencing logic to technical and non-technical stakeholders
