About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle logistics operations including shipment tracking, storage, inventory, and distribution
  • Maintain full inventory accountability and ensure accuracy across all stages
  • Deliver against key SLAs and KPIs including productivity, safety, and inventory accuracy
  • Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, clients, and contractors
  • Oversee full cost structure including labor, security, overhead, and capital investments
  • Lead and develop teams of 10–40 employees

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or construction logistics operations
  • Proven track record in senior leadership roles with accountability for operations and cost
  • Experience managing large-scale, high-volume projects in construction or 3PL environments
  • Proficiency with tools such as Kestrel, Procore, Power BI, Primavera, or MS Project
  • Strong understanding of construction logistics, materials, storage, and distribution
  • Experience working with customs brokers and agents
