About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle logistics operations including shipment tracking, storage, inventory, and distribution
- Maintain full inventory accountability and ensure accuracy across all stages
- Deliver against key SLAs and KPIs including productivity, safety, and inventory accuracy
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, clients, and contractors
- Oversee full cost structure including labor, security, overhead, and capital investments
- Lead and develop teams of 10–40 employees
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or construction logistics operations
- Proven track record in senior leadership roles with accountability for operations and cost
- Experience managing large-scale, high-volume projects in construction or 3PL environments
- Proficiency with tools such as Kestrel, Procore, Power BI, Primavera, or MS Project
- Strong understanding of construction logistics, materials, storage, and distribution
- Experience working with customs brokers and agents
