Construction Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Ensure the qualitative implementation of logistics-related services on the construction site
• Use process-oriented logistics software to manage site operations
• Support the Logistics Manager in the planning and control of the construction site
• Coordinate area management, waste logistics, access control, and floor logistics
• Monitor and secure site equipment, site facilities, and occupational safety
• Maintain site order, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Create monthly documentation and progress reports regarding services rendered
• Monitor subcontractor performance, personnel deployment, and service quality

Requirements

• Completed technical training (state-recognized technician school) or an equivalent qualification through extensive professional experience
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Experience with company-specific IT tools such as iTWO and Lotus Notes is a plus
• Fluency in German (minimum C1 level)
• Valid Class B driving license
• Strong sense of responsibility, goal orientation, and a customer-oriented demeanor
