Construction Lead

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage governance, communication, and management control systems for client services
• Review organizational structures and recommend alignment measures
• Manage interface between contractors and monitor team performance
• Audit compliance with management systems and report findings
• Engage in Project Risk Management to identify and mitigate risks
• Conduct weekly technical and progress meetings
• Manage client stage gateway reviews and design stage deliverables
• Lead daily site progress reviews regarding HSE, logistics, and programme
• Produce formal project progress reports against KPIs and milestones
• Administer contracts to protect client interests and manage invoicing

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of construction experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent construction experience
• Experience in Data Center or large mission-critical infrastructure
• Line management experience
• Strong commercial awareness and financial management familiarity
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Google Suite, BIM360, MS Project, and Bluebeam/Adobe
• Knowledge of construction estimation and financial components like change orders
