Responsibilities

• Prioritize jobsite safety and conduct frequent safety meetings and inspections
• Supervise, train, and coach construction crews in the erection of prefabricated steel buildings
• Direct day-to-day work activities and ensure adherence to project schedules
• Decipher drawings and direct proper layout and placement of building components
• Manage on-site tools, equipment, and inventory
• Inspect work for quality and adherence to standard details and specifications
• Assist in the onboarding and training of field employees

Requirements

• 5 years of trade experience with expertise in Pre-Engineered Steel Building Erection
• OSHA 30 and First Aid certification
• Certified Aerial Platform and Forklift Operator
• Valid driver's license and ability to be insured by the company
• Proficiency in reading construction drawings and plans
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Ability to use company communication tools and mobile devices

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Experience using Procore or Autodesk
