Construction Labourer

Responsibilities

• Perform physically demanding work in outdoor environments, including digging, lifting, cable pulling, and moving materials
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the job site, including general cleanup and snow removal
• Safely operate and maintain company vehicles and basic hand tools
• Assist equipment operators by securing attachments and guiding material movement on site

Requirements

• Minimum education equivalent to Grade 10
• At least 1 year of construction experience, preferably in the medium- to high-voltage industry
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and work in all weather conditions
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record
• Comfortable working at heights (minimum of 9 feet) and climbing ladders
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Valid CSTS (Construction Safety Training System) certification
