Construction Laborer

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled labor in civil underground utility construction
• Execute concrete pouring, forming, and finishing tasks
• Conduct general site work including trenching, pipe installation, grading, and backfilling
• Operate heavy machinery such as excavators, skid steers, and trenchers (preferred)
• Manage the loading and transportation of equipment and materials to job sites
• Collaborate with crew members to maintain safety standards and project specifications
• Travel to various project sites, including overnight stays as required

Requirements

• Proven experience in concrete pouring, forming, and finishing
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and project specifications
• Strong physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Willingness to travel frequently and stay overnight
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating excavators, skid steers, and trenchers
• CDL license
• Familiarity with underground utility installation processes
