Construction & Infrastructure Litigation Associate

Responsibilities

• Litigate complex commercial disputes related to design and construction
• Work closely with experienced lawyers to manage client matters
• Assume increasing levels of responsibility and direct client contact
• Collaborate effectively both independently and as part of a legal team
• Provide high-quality client service and maintain strong communication

Requirements

• 2-4 years of litigation experience
• Experience handling complex commercial disputes
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice and in good standing
• Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Background or degree in the design or construction industry
