Construction ICT Project Manager (Security) - Data Center

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of ICT and security workstreams throughout the data centre construction lifecycle
• Manage implementation of physical security technologies including ACS, CCTV, PIDS, VMS, and SOC integrations
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, general contractors, M&E teams, and vendors
• Review security design drawings, technical specifications, and method statements
• Drive project schedules, budgets, risk management, and resource planning
• Oversee system integration, FAT, SAT, and handover documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, IT, Security Management, or Construction Management
• 5–8 years of project management experience in data centres or mission-critical facilities
• Proven track record in delivering complex security installations in construction environments
• Strong understanding of physical security systems and low-voltage infrastructure
• Experience managing multidisciplinary construction teams and multiple contractors
