Construction HSE Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Verify and ensure all field activities comply with HSE policies, regulations, standards, and procedures.
• Promote and implement preventive and corrective actions as required.
• Conduct HSE orientations, inductions, and awareness sessions for workers.
• Implement and manage the HSE Plan and Permit to Work (PTW) systems.
• Perform gas testing and maintain awareness regarding Ammonia and Breathing Apparatus usage.
• Participate in Risk Assessments and conduct regular HSE inspections.
• Understand and implement emergency response plans and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in an Engineering course.
• 3-5 years of total HSE experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of HSE experience specifically within the Oil and Gas industry.
• Proven experience working on major EPC projects in the oil, gas, or petrochemical sectors.
• Relevant HSE Certification or a Diploma in Safety.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• NEBOSH GC/IGC certificate.
• Previous ADNOC approval.
