Construction HSE Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Verify and ensure all field activities comply with HSE policies, regulations, standards, and procedures.
• Perform Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and participate in Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
• Organize and participate in periodic HSE site walk-arounds, inspections, and audits.
• Coordinate and directly participate in on-site HSE training activities and personnel indoctrination.
• Lead and coordinate site emergency response teams and fire prevention/fighting teams, including emergency drills.
• Investigate work accidents to identify root causes and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
• Monitor subcontractor compliance with all applicable HSE procedures and regulations.
• Prepare HSE monthly progress reports, site statistics, and performance indicator updates.
• Lead and coordinate the activities of the site HSE committee.

Requirements

• University Degree or Diploma in Engineering or an equivalent field.
• Minimum 8 years of HSE experience in construction, fabrication, installation, or commissioning within the oil & gas or petrochemical industries.
• Proven experience working on major EPC projects.
• Valid NEBOSH GC or IGC certificate.
• ARAMCO approval is considered a significant advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and management skills.
