Construction HSE Supervisor (LOTO)

Responsibilities

• Oversee field activities to ensure compliance with HSE policies, regulations, standards, and procedures.
• Perform Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and participate in Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
• Verify the adequacy of the site HSE plan and update documentation throughout construction phases.
• Monitor subcontractors to ensure all activities align with applicable HSE regulations.
• Organize and participate in periodic HSE inspections, audits, and site walk-arounds.
• Coordinate site HSE training activities and lead the site emergency response and fire prevention teams.
• Investigate work accidents to identify root causes and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
• Prepare HSE monthly progress reports, statistics, and performance indicator updates.
• Coordinate with clients regarding the issuance of necessary work permits.

Requirements

• University Degree or Diploma in Engineering or an equivalent field.
• Minimum 10 years of HSE experience in construction, fabrication, or commissioning within the oil & gas or petrochemical industries.
• Proven expertise in LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) coordination.
• Experience working on major EPC projects.
• NEBOSH GC or IGC certificate.
• ARAMCO approval is considered a significant advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and management skills.
